Quotations & projects
Quotations are based on the requirements shared with us and may change if the scope changes. Project timelines depend on timely feedback, content, and approvals from your side.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of delivered work transfers to you upon full payment. Our website content, branding, and pre-existing tools remain our property.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, necessary access, and the content required to complete your project, and for using the delivered systems lawfully.
Limitation of liability
